 At Miss J’s Place, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions. 

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
  • Refund processing typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll aim to make it right as quickly as possible.
